Great food and easy to find. The beach is full of amazing dining experiences and horrible rip-offs; Moe's is certainly a good bet, and I'll go again the next time I'm in Litchfield. Bonus: beer/wine and even a full bar, and since you're on vacation, you might as well, right? Solid pulled pork, very standard sides. The sauces are above average.
